Ramada Encore by Wyndham Doha is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to drive revenue through corporate accounts. The role requires proven hospitality sales experience, strong account management skills, and knowledge of the local Doha corporate market.

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through corporate accounts and achieve revenue targets
- Build, maintain, and grow long term corporate relationships
- Provide outstanding client service and problem solving
- Utilize knowledge of hotel sales operations and local Doha corporate market to identify opportunities
- Manage accounts and sales activities using CRM and sales management systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in Corporate Sales, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong account management abilities with capability to build, maintain, and grow long term corporate relationships
- Customer focused approach with outstanding client service and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of hotel sales operations, the local Doha corporate market, and basic revenue management principles
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM or sales management systems
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team and adapt to business requirements
- Previous hospitality sales experience in Qatar is highly preferred
