Job Summary
Wordcraft is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to grow the business portfolio in Abu Dhabi.
This is an active field sales role focused on identifying client needs and closing deals for legal translation, document attestation, business setup, and PRO services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outdoor meetings, client visits, and cold calls across Abu Dhabi.
- Convert B2B prospects and inbound inquiries into active, paying clients.
- Handle the full sales process from initial proposal to final agreement.
- Maintain client relationships to secure renewals and cross-sell services.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- Have at least one year of active sales experience in the UAE.
- Understanding of translation, attestation, business setup, or PRO services is a plus.
- Have strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Arabic language ability is an advantage.
- Be highly target-oriented, resilient, and motivated by sales commissions.
Compensation
- The role offers a fixed base salary plus uncapped performance commissions.
- Pay is AED 2,250 to AED 2,750 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
