We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who can work across a broad range of roles including Marketing, IT, Sales and Operations.

You will manage searches end-to-end, from sourcing and screening through to progressing candidates through our process, while keeping Teamtailor fully up to date and giving the Head of Talent Acquisition clear visibility across your pipeline.

You will use Boolean search, LinkedIn Business and AI tools such as ChatGPT to identify talent faster, build stronger candidate lists and improve the quality of your searches.

• 50–75 outbound messages per week, with the rest coming from applicants, referrals, previous pipelines, communities, databases, and follow-ups
• 8–12 recruiter screens per week
• 4–8 strong candidates progressed into the process per week
• 2–3 placements per month as the baseline

• Build high-quality talent pipelines through proactive headhunting.
• Build strong market maps and talent pools for future hiring needs.

• Own multiple Corporate recruitment searches from briefing through to placement.
