Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate planning strategies, governance frameworks, planning methodologies, and strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead annual strategic planning, corporate business planning, operating plan development, and long term organizational planning processes
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Risk Management, and Executive Leadership to align strategic priorities
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and macroeconomic assessments to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, investment evaluations, financial models, scenario planning, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue growth, profitability, operational performance, strategic initiative progress, market share, and organizational performance
- Establish corporate performance management frameworks, balanced scorecards, strategic dashboards, and executive reporting processes
- Coordinate enterprise wide budgeting alignment, resource planning, portfolio prioritization, and capital investment planning in partnership with Finance
- Support mergers and acquisitions, organizational transformation, expansion initiatives, and corporate restructuring through strategic analysis and planning
- Drive continuous improvement through business process optimization, digital transformation, automation, and data driven decision making
- Prepare board presentations, executive reports, strategic reviews, annual business plans, and organizational performance updates
- Lead, mentor, and develop corporate planning analysts and cross functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree (MBA preferred) or professional certifications such as PMP, CFA, CIMA, ACCA, Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate planning, business strategy, management consulting, FP&A, corporate development, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing strategic planning initiatives, enterprise performance management, or cross functional planning teams preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy, business planning, financial analysis, performance management, organizational development, and strategic execution
- Experience with ERP systems, financial planning software, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, business intelligence platforms, analytics tools, and presentation software
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and problem solving skills
