Job Summary

  • The Corporate Performance Officer is responsible for ensuring MCQ’s strategy is effectively translated into measurable outcomes by defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators, analyzing performance gaps, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • The role plays a critical part in monitoring organizational progress, driving accountability across business units, and enabling data driven decision making.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support continuous enhancement of corporate performance management frameworks.
  • Deliver successful monitoring of MCQ’s performance governance frameworks and models.
  • Monitor and report on the organization’s portfolio of programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track and visualize KPIs.
  • Perform analysis and insights of performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, risks.
  • Provide regular updates and performance insights to the Head of PMO and Corporate Performance.
  • Contribute to effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Support development and periodic review of departmental policies, delegation of authority, processes.
  • Contribute to design and implementation of process roadmaps.
  • Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a performance driven culture.
  • Prepare and deliver consolidated performance reports and executive level dashboards.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar discipline.
  • Command of English language; fluency in Arabic preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
  • Experience in leading and supporting corporate performance reporting in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in analytical tools, such as MS Excel or equivalent.
  • Proficient Excel, PowerPoint skills and data visualization capabilities.
  • Basic Power BI and/or Tableau.

  • Business intelligence, business analytics & dashboarding tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Developing clear, structured reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Innovative growth mindset.
  • Good personal discipline with consistency and accuracy.

  • Innate communications skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills.
