Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate M&A Paralegal to work on a contract basis.
- As a key member of our client's deal team, you will provide critical support in all stages of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
- Ensure seamless execution and compliance with personally identifiable information (PII) regulations.
- Your expertise will shape the next generation AI systems, driving innovation and growth in the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and deal teams in all stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and post closing activities.
