An elite US law firm seeks a Corporate Associate (4-5 PQE) to join its UAE corporate practice, advising on M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Candidates must have 4-5 years' PQE, qualification in England & Wales or the US, and strong corporate M&A experience.

- Advise on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions

- Advise on corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work
- Advise clients throughout the lifecycle of complex cross border transactions
Requirements
- 4 5 years' PQE
- Qualification in England & Wales or the United States
- Strong experience across Corporate M&A, with additional exposure to Joint Ventures, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions
- Previous experience practising within the UAE is strongly preferred
- Experience gained at an Elite US, Magic Circle, or other leading international law firm
- Minimal or no prior in house experience
- Excellent drafting, transaction management and client relationship skills
- Strong academic credentials

Opportunity Overview
- An Elite US law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (4–5 PQE) to join its expanding UAE corporate practice, based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
- The team advises on a broad range of domestic and cross border corporate transactions, with a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity, and Venture Capital matters.
The Work
- Domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions.
- Joint venture structuring and strategic partnerships.
- Private equity investments, acquisitions and exits.
- Venture capital investments and fundraising transactions.
