- 3–5 years' PQE or 5–10 years' PQE
- Trained and qualified with a leading international, Magic Circle or US law firm
- Strong corporate transactional experience
- Previous UAE or wider GCC deal experience essential

Overview
- One Ten Associates is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit exceptional Corporate Lawyers to join its growing UAE practice.
Role
- Advise on a broad range of high profile domestic and cross border transactions across multiple sectors throughout the GCC.
- Work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated M&A, joint ventures, private equity and general corporate matters for an impressive international and regional client base.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' PQE or 5–10 years' PQE
- Trained and qualified with a leading international, Magic Circle or US law firm
- Strong corporate transactional experience
- Previous UAE or wider GCC deal experience essential
- Knowledge of UAE competition law would be advantageous
