About the Role

  • Budget Rent a Car is seeking highly motivated and results driven Corporate Leasing Executives to join our growing sales team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in corporate sales within the UAE, preferably from the rent a car, vehicle leasing, fleet management, automotive, or mobility sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate accounts across various industries including government, semi government, multinational corporations, SMEs, hospitality, construction, logistics, aviation, healthcare, and financial services.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, client meetings, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend tailored mobility and vehicle rental solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and regular client engagement.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve individual sales and profitability targets.
  • Promote short term rentals, long term leasing, fleet solutions, and value added services.
  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Additional sales or professional certifications are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of corporate lease sales experience within the UAE.
  • Proven experience in rent a car and vehicle leasing.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Established network of corporate clients within the UAE.
  • Experience managing key accounts and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market and B2B sales landscape.
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and client engagement capabilities.
  • Commercially driven with strong financial awareness.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent proposal writing and contract negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Additional Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned emirate and across the UAE to meet clients.
  • Candidates must currently be based in the UAE or have prior UAE corporate sales experience.
