- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Create and issue invoices for projects and recurring services
- Reconcile bank accounts, Stripe transactions, and other financial records
- Prepare and file UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns
- Assist with payroll and WPS processing
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
Requirements
- 7 10 years total experience, with minimum 3 4 years UAE experience
- Commerce graduate; financial certification preferred
- Immediate joining availability
- Experience with ERP systems

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up to date financial records using ERP
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger
- Create and issue invoices for one off projects and monthly recurring services
- Manage and reconcile payments received through Stripe
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices by email and phone
- Send payment reminders, statements and overdue payment notices
- Keep client accounts accurate, organised and fully reconciled
- Reconcile bank accounts, Stripe transactions and other financial records
- Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates on overdue payments
- Process supplier invoices, company expenses and payments
- Prepare financial statements, management reports and budgets
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time
Compensation
- Pay: AED 5,000 AED 6,000 per month
