Corporate Financial Ledger Specialist

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage corporate financial ledgers and accounting records
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
• Prepare financial statements and internal financial reports
• Monitor transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with internal departments regarding financial documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in financial accounting or ledger management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a corporate finance environment
• Knowledge of IFRS or international accounting standards
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines effectively
