Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Finance Expert to work on a contractual basis.
- This expert will apply their financial expertise to help train next generation AI systems.
- The Corporate Finance Expert will work on designing finance prompts and tasks, developing gold standard solutions, and creating grading rubrics for assessing AI outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design technically demanding finance prompts and tasks that mirror investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance complexity to help train AI models.
- Develop gold standard solutions in Excel and PowerPoint to set objective benchmarks for AI model evaluation.
- Create and refine clear grading rubrics for assessing AI outputs on transaction and modeling exercises.
- Construct, modify, and review advanced financial models, including 3 statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analyses.
- Produce transaction analyses and investment materials with a client ready, production grade level of detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis is required, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Expertise in building polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and investment decks.
- Proven track record working on live deals, investments, or transaction execution.
