Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to support strategic decisions
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment evaluation activities
- Develop business cases, financial models, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, product, and executive leadership teams on strategic initiatives
- Manage corporate development projects, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes
- Prepare executive presentations, investment proposals, and strategic reports
- Monitor performance of strategic initiatives and recommend improvements to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Management, or a related field preferred
- MBA or advanced business qualification is advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy consulting, investment analysis, business development, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing strategic projects, partnerships, or growth initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy, financial analysis, market research, and business planning
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluation, or strategic partnerships is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to develop executive level reports and recommendations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
