Role Description
- The Corporate Development Manager will support the company’s growth initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities, including partnerships, investments, and new market entries.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on site collaboration and work from home flexibility.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Conducting market and competitive analysis
- Preparing financial models and business cases
- Coordinating due diligence activities for potential transactions
- Developing presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Supporting negotiations and collaborating with cross functional teams such as finance, operations, and sales
- Helping shape Manara’s long term strategic direction while ensuring alignment with sustainability and innovation goals
Qualifications
- Strong corporate development and strategic planning skills
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in finance and financial modeling
- Experience in conducting due diligence and assessing risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in industrial, materials, or related sectors is beneficial
