Corporate Development Associate

Identify and implement process improvements that enhance corporate development efficiency, consistency, and execution quality (playbooks, templates, diligence trackers).

3+ years of experience with progression in corporate development, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, transaction advisory, strategy, or related finance roles with direct exposure to transactions.

Strong expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring concepts; ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and teams.

Highly detail-oriented with strong judgment and a focus on identifying and mitigating risk.

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, prioritize effectively, and operate with urgency in a dynamic environment.

Ability to think strategically and contribute with humility across a broad range of role responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.

Experience in Channel / Telecom / Technology / IT services / MSP / SaaS ecosystems.

MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Business.
