Corporate Development Associate I (34466)

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, management consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
• Experience in a high-growth, industrials, infrastructure, or services-oriented business preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create compelling, executive-level presentations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to translate data into actionable insights.
• High integrity and professionalism
• Self-motivated with a bias for action, accountability, and results
• Analytical thinker with strong business judgment; comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Able to work independently while aligned to broader Company strategy
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

This job operates in a clerical office setting.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

• Requires mobility within an office environment.
