Corporate Development Advisor (Toronto, ON, CA)

Desired Qualifications

• The ideal candidate possesses a mix of analytical rigor, executive presence, and a proven track record of driving tangible results.
• Experience: Minimum five (5) years of related work experience. Top-tier management consulting or investment banking experience is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Finance). MBA is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Minimum 2 years of experience covering Industrial and Electronics Manufacturing vertical with expertise in one of the Celestica key end markets (Energy, Capital Equipment, MedTech, Industrials, Aerospace & Defense).
• Impact & Influence: Highly skilled at influencing and communicating effectively with a diverse range of functions and executive-level audiences.
• Results Orientation: A relentless focus on translating strategy into execution and driving measurable, tangible impact to the corporation.
• Salary Range: $96,000-106,000 CAD/year
