Ensure accurate project setup and contract accounting.

The successful Corporate Controller will:
Maintain a DCAA-compliant accounting system.
Successfully manage all DCAA, DCMA, and independent financial audits.
Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
Maintain accurate indirect rates and cost allocations.
Improve inventory accuracy and product cost reliability.
Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
Provide executive leadership with actionable financial insights supporting profitable growth.
This position is based at Company headquarters and requires regular interaction with executive leadership, program management, engineering, manufacturing, contracts, and government representatives. Occasional travel may be required for inter-facility and customer meetings, audits, and trainings.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
