The Role
The company is hiring a Corporate Concierge for a full-time, on-site position within premium business centres.
The role supports executives, business owners, corporate teams, and VIP clients with fast responses, accurate information, and reliable execution.
The position involves more than reception or front-desk duties and requires ownership of requests from beginning to end.
Core Responsibilities
- Acknowledge requests quickly, take ownership through completion, and keep clients updated about progress or delays.
- Follow up with suppliers, colleagues, and clients, maintain accurate service records, and track multiple requests and deadlines.
- Escalate problems early, seek alternatives, and coordinate restaurants, hotels, transportation, travel, couriers, and lifestyle services.
- Assist with document attestation, translation, and other corporate administrative services.
