Key Responsibilities
- Manage large corporate and strategic client relationships.
- Develop new business and increase wallet share.
- Structure and manage corporate, working capital, project, real estate, trade, syndicated, and acquisition finance.
- Handle letters of credit, bank guarantees, and large-ticket financing.
- Prepare credit proposals and conduct financial and credit analysis.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk, covenants, collateral, and facility utilization.
- Manage pricing, profitability, deposits, fees, and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with Credit and Risk, Treasury, Trade Finance, Legal, Sharia, Compliance, and Operations.
Requirements
- Availability in Qatar with a valid QID is required.
- The role requires 10–15 years of banking experience with strong large corporate or corporate banking exposure.
- Proven experience in large corporate relationships and complex financing is required.
- Strong credit analysis and financial modelling skills are required.
- Experience with syndicated, project, structured, or real estate finance is required.
- Islamic banking experience, including Murabaha, Tawarruq, or Ijarah, is highly preferred.
- Qatar or GCC banking experience is strongly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is required.
