- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and ensure compliance
- Represent clients in corporate disputes
- Conduct legal research on relevant issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in the UAE practicing corporate law
- Strong understanding of UAE corporate laws, regulations, and business practices
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Master's degree or specialization in corporate law is preferred
- Arabic is preferred but not essential

Job Summary
- As a corporate associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to corporations, businesses, and other entities operating in various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Provide timely and strategic legal advice to clients on corporate matters.
