We are seeking a highly professional and strategic Corporate Affairs Manager to join our team in the UAE.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, public relations, and corporate reputation initiatives.
You will work closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication strategies.

Develop and implement corporate affairs, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage corporate communications across internal and external channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, industry groups, and relevant external organizations.
Support corporate reputation management initiatives and contribute to enhancing organizational visibility and credibility.
Coordinate public relations activities, corporate announcements, media materials, and communication campaigns.
Develop communication plans and messaging for business initiatives, projects, and organizational developments.
Prepare executive communications, presentations, briefing materials, and stakeholder reports.
Monitor industry developments, public sentiment, and emerging issues that may impact the organization.
Support crisis communication planning and assist with communication strategies during business critical situations.
Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure effective communication of corporate priorities and strategic initiatives.
Manage corporate events, stakeholder engagement activities, and business networking opportunities.
Analyze communication effectiveness and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Strong knowledge of corporate affairs, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communications.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building abilities.
Experience developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives.
Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross functional teams.
Strong understanding of reputation management and corporate communication principles.
Professional certifications or qualifications related to communications, public relations, business management, or corporate affairs are advantageous.
