Responsibilities

- Manage corporate communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and key external stakeholders
- Monitor legislative, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the organization
- Prepare corporate communications materials, including press releases, speeches, presentations, and briefing documents
- Support executive communications and ensure consistent corporate messaging across all channels
- Coordinate media relations activities and manage responses to public inquiries when required
- Lead reputation management initiatives and assist with crisis communication planning and execution
- Collaborate with internal departments to support corporate campaigns, sustainability initiatives, and community engagement programs
- Organize corporate events, stakeholder meetings, and industry engagement activities
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management on stakeholder engagement and corporate affairs activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience in corporate affairs, public affairs, government relations, communications, public relations, or stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Understanding of regulatory environments, public policy, and corporate governance principles
- Experience developing communication strategies and managing corporate reputation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience working with senior executives, government agencies, or industry bodies is highly advantageous
