As a Corporate Advisory & Taxation Consultant, you will play a critical role in advising our niche, high value clients on strategic corporate matters while supporting compliance and planning in corporate taxation.

Provide expert guidance on corporate structuring, business transactions, mainland/free zone setups, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement tax efficient business strategies. Ensure full compliance with UAE corporate tax obligations, including preparation, review, and submission of filings.
Advise clients on business restructuring, joint ventures, and new market entry from both a strategic and tax perspective.
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting corporate finance, UAE Corporate Tax, and VAT, and assess their impact on our clients.
Collaborate with internal departments to align corporate strategy with tax optimization, and represent the firm in discussions with regulatory bodies as required.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for new client ventures and emerging business models.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate advisory, business setup, or taxation roles (preferably within a consulting or fast paced corporate environment).
Female (required for specific client facing portfolios and internal team diversification).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field. (Progress toward professional certifications like CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a major plus).
Strong foundational knowledge of UAE corporate tax legislation, FTA regulations, and business licensing frameworks.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent, professional English is mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
