CORP - TASK FORCE GENERAL MANAGER

Hotel teams understand the plan, stakeholders know where things stand, and each assignment ends with stronger systems, clearer ownership, and momentum that continues after you leave.

At least five years of General Manager experience in premium-branded hotels.

A demonstrated record of improving profitability, flow-through, labor productivity, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, and associate engagement, with the ability to explain the actions taken and results achieved.

Experience with turnarounds, transitions, openings, renovations, stabilization, task force, regional, or multi-property leadership strongly preferred.

Marriott experience strongly preferred; experience with Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other major brands is also valued.

Strong financial acumen, analytical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions at pace.

A calm, respectful, and decisive leadership style that builds trust across hotel, corporate, ownership, and brand relationships.

Comfort working across hotel systems and tools, including PMS and revenue platforms, Medallia, Quore, ProfitSage, and related hospitality technology.

This role supports hotels across the portfolio and requires extensive overnight travel, often on short notice and for extended assignments. Candidates must be comfortable deploying where the business need is greatest, adapting quickly to different brands, markets, ownership structures, and hotel conditions, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays when an assignment requires it.
