As a Copywriter, you will create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across digital, print, email, social media, and sales enablement channels.

In addition to content development, you will support marketing traffic management by coordinating project requests, tracking deadlines, and helping ensure work moves smoothly through the creative and approval process.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of professional copywriting experience, exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Copywriter, you will create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across digital, print, email, social media, and sales enablement channels.

Write, edit, and proofread marketing content across multiple channels, including email campaigns, website content, landing pages, social media posts, advertisements, sales presentations, brochures, and thought leadership materials.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to understand objectives and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communications.
Support content strategy initiatives that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Manage content revisions and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining messaging quality and accuracy.
Coordinate marketing project intake and assist in prioritizing requests.
Track project status, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
Facilitate communication among creative, digital, compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain marketing calendars, workflow tools, and project tracking systems.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and team efficiency.
Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis to help optimize future marketing efforts.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to adapt writing style and tone for different audiences and channels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed to support marketing team goals.
Proficiency with content management systems, marketing platforms, and project management tools.
Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for developing high-quality content that delivers results.

Delivery of high-quality marketing content that supports business objectives and drives engagement.

Continuous improvement in project efficiency and content production processes.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
2-5 years of professional copywriting, content marketing, or communications experience.
Experience writing for digital marketing channels, including email, web, and social media.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
Experience coordinating projects or managing marketing workflows is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), and project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar tools.
Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
