Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Articulate how AI solutions address Telco pain points leveraging AI, data, and SaaS concepts
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads
- Build trusted relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations
- Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Update CRM tools regularly with accurate forecasts and pipeline status
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive long term customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and cross sell/up sell opportunities
- Represent MOZN at conferences, webinars, and industry panels
Requirements
- 5–10 years of sales experience in Telco, preferably in AI, Data analytics, and SaaS solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated success in consultative and value driven sales, achieving or exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in account management and customer success
- Strong network within Telco
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

About The Role
- The Senior Account Executive will drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and Mozn growth objectives.
- Articulate how AI solutions address Telco pain points leveraging AI, data, and SaaS concepts.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the Saudi market and key sectors such as Telco.
- Stay aware of competitor activity and general market trends.
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with Pre Sales Engineers.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners.
- Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Update CRM tools regularly with accurate forecasts, pipeline status, and activity reports.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of sales experience in Telco, preferably in AI, Data analytics, and SaaS solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated success in consultative and value driven sales
- Experience in account management and customer success
- Strong network within Telco
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
