About The Role

  • The Senior Account Executive will drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and Mozn growth objectives.
  • Articulate how AI solutions address Telco pain points leveraging AI, data, and SaaS concepts.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the Saudi market and key sectors such as Telco.
  • Stay aware of competitor activity and general market trends.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with Pre Sales Engineers.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations contracts, terms, and conditions.
  • Update CRM tools regularly with accurate forecasts, pipeline status, and activity reports.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in Telco, preferably in AI, Data analytics, and SaaS solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and value driven sales
  • Experience in account management and customer success
  • Strong network within Telco
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Self motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
