Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Amura's voice across channels, campaigns, and customer experiences
- Develop messaging frameworks that simplify complex healthcare and human performance concepts
- Create compelling copy across digital, social, product, marketing, and offline touchpoints
- Transform insights, research, and strategy into engaging narratives for diverse audiences
- Lead content development efforts across multiple projects and workstreams
- Review, edit, and elevate content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and impact
- Establish processes, guidelines, and quality benchmarks for creative output at scale
- Partner with designers, strategists, marketers, video creators, and subject matter experts
- Mentor and guide writers while fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and excellence
- Manage content calendars, priorities, and deadlines across multiple initiatives
Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience in a fast paced, creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, storytelling ability, and exceptional writing craft
- Experience developing brand narratives and communication strategies across channels
- Proven ability to write across formats, audiences, and stages of the customer journey
- Exceptional editing, proofreading, and quality control skills
- Experience leading content initiatives and mentoring creative talent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross functional teams
- Ability to balance creativity, business objectives, and executional excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
