Your Role

  • As a Data Analysis Coordinator within the PMO team, you will contribute to the operational tracking of project management data (worked hours, schedule progress, billing).
  • You will also support the team in producing reliable reports and maintaining tracking tools.

Key Accountabilities

  • Participate in the collection, consolidation, and validation of project data.
  • Ensure the regular updating of tracking files (timesheets, schedules, and budget tracking) and contribute to automating their processing.
  • Develop and update dashboards (advanced Excel, Power BI) to monitor project progress and billing.
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual hours and escalate any anomalies to the PMO team lead.
  • Support the preparation of client billing elements, including reconciling timesheets with contractual data.
  • Assist in conducting basic analysis of variances between forecasts and actuals.
  • Document data collection and processing procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of existing tools and tracking methods.
  • Ensure the update of performance indicators (such as earned value) and support their monthly automation.

Profile Sought Knowledge and Experience

  • University degree in engineering or business, with a specialization in data management for project management or statistics.
  • Between 0 and 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (an asset).
  • Programming knowledge (Python, VBA), particularly for automation (an asset).
  • Good level of English, sufficient to understand and write technical documentation.
