Responsibilities
- Participate in the collection, consolidation, and validation of project data
- Ensure regular updating of tracking files (timesheets, schedules, budget tracking) and contribute to automating their processing
- Develop and update dashboards (advanced Excel, Power BI) to monitor project progress and billing
- Analyze variances between planned and actual hours and escalate anomalies to PMO team lead
- Support preparation of client billing elements, including reconciling timesheets with contractual data
- Assist in conducting basic analysis of variances between forecasts and actuals
- Document data collection and processing procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing tools and tracking methods
- Ensure update of performance indicators (such as earned value) and support their monthly automation
Requirements
- University degree in engineering or business, with a specialization in data management for project management or statistics
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (an asset)
- Programming knowledge (Python, VBA), particularly for automation (an asset)
- Good level of English, sufficient to understand and write technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail, rigor, and analytical abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong interest in data manipulation
- Autonomy and curiosity to understand business challenges
- Ability to communicate results clearly and concisely

Your Role
- As a Data Analysis Coordinator within the PMO team, you will contribute to the operational tracking of project management data (worked hours, schedule progress, billing).
- You will also support the team in producing reliable reports and maintaining tracking tools.
Key Accountabilities
