Job Summary
- Ensure effective and efficient coordination of audit planning and administrative activities in a timely manner, in line with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage documentation related to audit planning, company profiles, client databases, and auditor CV databases.
- Ensure effective and timely planning and scheduling of audits in line with the annual audit plan to maximize auditor utilization and productivity.
- Manage and coordinate audit logistics, including travel arrangements (tickets, visas), accommodation, and transportation, ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency.
- Compile, review, and dispatch audit files to Certification Control in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure high accuracy and timely issuance of invoices, while maintaining proper billing records.
- Maintain and update audit tracking logs and records (daily, weekly, and monthly) to support audit control and monitoring.
- Coordinate recertification processes and support the efficient issuance of certificates, ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements.
- Manage customer feedback, ensuring timely follow up and implementation of corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and legal/regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualification
- Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience in Business, IT or others as relevant
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Degree or 7 years’ experience with Diploma is desirable in similar field.
