You will Bring
Post-Secondary education in business administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Exceptional Skills Required
- Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts and projects at once
- Excellent communication skills to enhance our customer’s experience
- Meticulous attention to detail, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as effectively as part of a Team
- Highly motivated with a demonstrated track record of providing outstanding customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Process all Tarion Warranty lists, including the Initial, Mid-Year, 1 Year, 2 Year and MSD Forms
- Coordinate appointments with Homeowners and Trade Partners
- Work with Homeowners daily to resolve concerns
