- Coordinate projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Structure project plans, conduct research, and support problem-solving initiatives.
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, finance, compliance) to align objectives.
- Manage project documentation and communication across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop capital investment proposals and capital budgets aligned with company strategy.
- Consolidate capital requests from different departments and prepare documentation for internal approval processes.
- Assist in preparing and submitting capital investment proposals to HQ for approval.
- Monitor implementation of capital projects against approved budgets and timelines.
- Gather and consolidate quantitative and qualitative data (surveys, interviews, process reviews).
- Analyse data using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas); knowledge of SQL is an asset.
- Interpret results to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop clear reports and summaries to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create polished and visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings, strategies, and project progress to leadership.
- Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
