Job Summary/Basic Functions
Provides professional high level administrative support to graduate students, faculty, and staff by preparing reports, processing graduate student record requests, performing support functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling in-person meetings, creating, and sending communications, presenting to undergraduate and graduate student groups, and scheduling meetings. Will also train and provide technical direction to lower-level clerical staff.
Education
Experience: One year of progressively responsible clerical, secretarial and/ or administrative support is required.
