The Opportunity
Support SPE technical and professional activities and programs serving faculty, members, and industry organizations.
Work with committees and programs across global time zones and cultures.
The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Impact You Will Make
- Assist with task management and administrative activities for advisory and technical committees.
- Schedule committee meetings and record, organize, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Provide information support to internal SPE staff regarding Technical and Professional Activities.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new volunteers.
- Maintain committee rosters in SPE's Association Management System.
- Support SPE Certification Program adoption and Certification Exam Review Training Courses.
- Report monthly and quarterly initiative status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clerical support, perform data entry, and support data management projects.
Skills and Expertise
- Associate degree and at least three years of related experience, or equivalent education, training, and professional experience.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
