POSITION OVERVIEW
The Daily Operations Coordinator (DOC) is responsible for the smooth running of daily operations at Air Inuit. The DOC coordinates the daily flights operated by Air Inuit. Depending on the events encountered, the DOC has to quickly decide on the appropriate action to be taken, such as changing an aircraft or crew member, changing schedules, delaying/cancelling a flight, switching an aircraft or adding an addition flight for commercial reasons, weather or as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that safety is the primary concern for all day-of-flight decisions.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements as well as company policies.
