Coordinator, Digital Operations & Automation

• Digital Commerce Operations: Support and QA launch, promotion, and site-update workflows, including Shopify configuration, merchandising validation, promotional setup and go-live readiness.
• Launch Workflow Coordination: Maintain launch workbacks and readiness trackers, confirm requirements, validate outputs, monitor dependencies, complete follow-ups, and escalate risks that could affect launch timing or accuracy.
• Product and Content Operations: Create, organize, validate, and maintain product information, imagery, pricing, variants, tags, metafields, collections, navigation, and other structured site content across connected digital systems.
• Retailer.com Support: Prepare, format, validate, and organize product content and assets for retailer.com submissions, ensuring materials meet platform requirements and launch deadlines.
• QA and Issue Validation: Conduct QA for site updates, product launches, promotional setups, digital experiences, and A/B tests; reproduce issues, document findings, support ticket creation, and validate fixes.
• Systems and Integrations Support: Monitor recurring system, feed, and integration workflows across Shopify, retailer platforms, customer service tools, and external technology partners; flag errors, document issues, and coordinate resolution.
• Automation Operations: Operate, test, maintain, and improve AI-enabled or rule-based automations, including launch setup and QA workflows; verify outputs, troubleshoot failures, resolve process exceptions, and support operational follow-through as needed.
• Workflow Documentation: Maintain clear documentation covering workflow steps, inputs, outputs, dependencies, business rules, QA requirements, and escalation paths.
• Cross-Functional Follow-Through: Coordinate with eCommerce, retailer.com, digital product, customer service, creative, and external partners to gather requirements, assets, approvals, and information needed to execute work accurately.

• 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital operations, site operations, automation, web production, customer operations, or a related role, preferably for a consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience working within Shopify or a comparable eCommerce platform; Shopify or Shopify Plus experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience using AI tools, workflow automation, or no-code/low-code platforms, with the ability to build, test, operate, or maintain rule-based workflows.
• Comfort working across digital systems, technology platforms, structured feeds, and integration-dependent workflows.
• Experience supporting or QA’ing product launches, promotions, site updates, or other deadline-driven digital initiatives.
• Strong QA instincts and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify when content, functionality, data, or automated output is incorrect.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues, determine next steps, and escalate when needed.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, recurring workflows, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear process documentation.
• Strong working proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and comfort working with structured data.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable learning new platforms and systems quickly.
• Preferred: Experience with retailer content platforms, product information systems, customer service platforms, automated QA tools, or structured product and content feeds.
• Flexibility with occasional support for off-hours launches or critical site issues.
