Compensation and Position Details
- Annual pay range is $69,102 to $82,420.
- The position is Grade 7 with one opening and 72 biweekly hours.

The team supports alumni through services, benefits, events, educational opportunities, volunteering, recruitment, and mentorship.
About the Role
The Coordinator provides oversight and support for regional alumni events and engagement efforts.
The role plans and executes events and programming, including activities led by global alumni ambassadors.
The role supports event strategy, communications, volunteer and donor stewardship, and strategic engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional event finances, including budgets, vendor payments, internal invoicing, and reimbursements.
- Compile, review, coordinate, and submit alumni engagement metrics for accurate and timely reporting.
