Human Resources Coordinator role in the Human Resources category at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and office correspondence.
- Distribute mail and track Human Resources supplies and forms.
- Answer calls, record messages, and respond to employee and management questions.
- Create and maintain accurate employee personnel files and records.
- Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and maintain an accessible application area.
- Escalate employee-relations issues to Human Resources management.
- Protect confidential employee, property, and company information.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and professional appearance requirements.
- Welcome guests and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
Workplace and physical requirements
- The role is based at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar, and is not remote.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
