Position Overview
Human Resources Coordinator position in the Human Resources department.
The position is classified as non-management.

- The schedule is full time.

- The position is not remote and is based at The Pearl Island in Doha, Qatar.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and type office correspondence using a computer.
- Distribute and route mail and order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist walk-in candidates with application procedures.
- Create new employee personnel files and maintain accurate records, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and accessible space for completing applications.
- Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Inform Human Resources management about employee-relations issues within the division or property.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
