Role Information
Human Resources Coordinator position within the Human Resources job category.
The position is based at The Pearl Island in Doha, Qatar.
The schedule is full time and the position is non-management.

Core Responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems, office correspondence, mail distribution, and Human Resources supply records.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and support office administration.
- Create employee personnel files and maintain accurate records, including interview documents and I-9s.
- Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and maintain a clean, accessible application area.
- Respond to employee and management questions about Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Inform Human Resources management about employee relations issues.
- Protect the confidentiality and security of employee and property records and information.
- Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional standards, protect company assets, and report unsafe conditions.
- Build positive working relationships, support team goals, and complete other duties requested by supervisors.
