Position Details

Human Resources Coordinator position in the Human Resources department at a Marriott property in Doha, Qatar.

The schedule is full time and the position is non-management.

The position is not remote and requires work at the hotel location.

Core Duties

  • Create and maintain filing systems and personnel files for new employees.
  • Create, type, distribute, and send office correspondence using a computer.
  • Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms.
  • Answer telephone calls and record messages.
  • Assist incoming candidates with application procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, accessible, and well-maintained application area.
  • Respond to employee and management questions about company and HR programmes, policies, and guidelines.
  • Report employee-relations issues to Human Resources management.
  • Maintain confidentiality, security, and accuracy of employee and hotel records.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems.
  • Support positive working relationships, teamwork, quality standards, and company procedures.

Desirable Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as desirable.
  • At least one year of related work experience is listed as desirable.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
  • The role requires accurate document preparation and confidential handling of employee and hotel information.
