Role Overview
Support Human Resources administration within the division or property.
Maintain professional, confidential, and accurate employee and property records.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files.
- Prepare office correspondence, distribute mail, and track HR supplies and forms.
- Answer calls, record messages, and assist walk-in candidates with applications.
- Maintain a clean, accessible application-completion area.
- Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Report employee-relations issues to HR management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee, interview, I-9, and property records.
- Follow company policies, support quality standards, and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
