The position is not remote and is classified as non-management.

Human Resources and Office Duties

  • Create and maintain filing systems and personnel files.
  • Create and enter office correspondence using a computer.
  • Distribute and route mail.
  • Order and track supplies and forms required by the human resources department.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages.
  • Assist candidates with application procedures.
  • Maintain the application area so it is clean, accessible, and in good condition.
  • Respond to employee and management questions, requests, and issues regarding human resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Inform human resources management of employee relations issues in the department or property.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and files, including interview documentation and I-9 forms.

Standards and Teamwork

  • Follow company and department policies, maintain a clean and complete uniform, and present a professional appearance.
  • Protect the confidentiality and security of personnel, hotel, brand, and company information.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager.
  • Welcome guests according to company standards and use clear, courteous language.
  • Prepare and proofread documents accurately and completely.
  • Develop positive professional relationships with colleagues and cooperate to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain quality requirements and standards.
  • Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and retrieve work-related information.
  • Move, lift, carry, pull, and place loads weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently.
  • Perform other duties requested by managers that correspond to the position.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
