Position Overview

Human Resources Coordinator position within the Human Resources department.

The role supports HR administration at The Pearl Island property in Doha, Qatar.

The position is full time and non-management.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain filing systems and type office correspondence using a computer.
Distribute mail and order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms.
Answer phone calls, record messages, and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
Create new employee personnel files and maintain employee records accurately.
Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures.
Keep the application area clean, well maintained, and accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Respond to employee and management questions about Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
Inform Human Resources management about employee-relations issues within the division or property.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
Follow company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, protect company assets, and perform other assigned duties.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
