Program overview
Streams Consulting's 2026 COOP Training Program provides students with hands-on exposure to real consulting projects and experienced professionals.
The program is intended to help participants develop skills for a consulting environment.
Eligible majors
- Eligible areas include industrial, civil, mechanical, electrical, and related engineering disciplines.
- Software engineering, artificial intelligence, business administration, project management, management information systems, and other relevant majors are also considered.
Program requirements
- Minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.0/4.0.
- Availability for a 4–6 month COOP training period.
- Passion, proactivity, responsibility, willingness to learn, and willingness to contribute.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Program experience
- Contribute to actual client engagements and business challenges.
- Work alongside experienced consultants and industry professionals.
- Strengthen consulting, analytical, communication, and business skills.
