Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all meals in accordance with planned menus and dietary requirements
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal service schedules
• Understand and follow menu items, portion sizes, and plate presentation standards
• Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of dining services experience in a healthcare or related setting preferred
• Culinary training preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
