Qualifications and Experience

• You have successfully completed a food handler course. One year of direct experience in the food service industry is also required. Experience in an institutional setting would be preferred. As the successful candidate you will demonstrate knowledge and ability to follow prepared menus and ingredient control processes as outlined. The ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and individuals in custody and good decision making skills must also be demonstrated. The following would be viewed as assets: Certification in standard First Aid & CPR. We will assess the above qualifications using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

• Salary Range: $1,820.22 - $1,901.20 Bi-Weekly
