Role Overview

The Cook II role supports a culinary team by preparing ingredients and menu items to a high standard.

The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.

The role is located at East Crescent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes or the menu.
  • Cook food and prepare high-quality menu products in a timely manner.
  • Taste food to confirm that preparation and temperature are correct.
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.

What We Seek

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a positive attitude and extroverted personality.
  • Previous kitchen experience is considered a significant advantage.
  • A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience are desirable.

Physical and Safety Requirements

  • Move and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods.
  • Wear a clean uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Complete safety training and certification before employment.
