Job Description
- Preparar panes y pastelitos, además de la preparación de masas y rellenos, y probar, hornear y decorar según corresponda.
- Examinar la planilla de Producción para comprender cuáles son los diversos alimentos horneados que se deben producir diariamente.
- Preparar y cocinar la comida de acuerdo con las recetas, los estándares de calidad y de presentación y la lista de control para la preparación de los alimentos.
- Llevar los registros de la cocina para cumplir con el programa de seguridad de los alimentos.
- Utilizar de manera segura y adecuada las herramientas, los equipos y los electrodomésticos para medir y hornear, para preparar comidas al horno.
- Seguir y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad para la manipulación de alimentos, incluidos los procedimientos de higiene personal.
- Comprobar y asegurarse de que la temperatura de los electrodomésticos de cocina y de los alimentos sea la correcta e informar a la gerencia cualquier problema.
- Vigilar la calidad de la comida que se prepara y de las porciones que se sirven durante toda la jornada de trabajo.
Aptitudes Deseables
- Educación: Título expedido por una escuela técnica, de oficios o vocacional.
- Experiencia laboral afín: Al menos 2 años de experiencia laboral afín.
- Experiencia como supervisor: No se requiere experiencia como supervisor.
- Licencia o certificación: Ninguna
