Our Dietary Cooks play an essential role in resident health and satisfaction by preparing nutritious meals that meet dietary needs while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor

Follow all facility dietary policies, procedures, and sanitary regulations

Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning for the entire facility

Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas

Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience for a sizable group of people

Experience in a long-term care or institutional setting preferred

Ability to scale and quantify recipes to support the full facility

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude

Excellent attendance and reliability
